Hey, it turns out I really got into this and read straight through!

While I don't think it's the best written thing I've ever read, I still enjoyed it. I plan to read the next one as well.

I don't remember at what point I decided Hadrian was the Heir, but I was really really surprised when Esrahaddon didn't seem to care if he was alive or dead after the tower. So after Royce questioning him about his necklace, I'm now going with a descandent of Jerik (sp??), the one guarding the heir. So....it sounds like we know who the heir is. Theories?

I have other thoughts, or at least I did when I finished it last night, but now I can't remember. Remind me?
