We grill nice simple skewered veggies all the time. I'm certainly no grill master, though.

also: is this the fastest that someone's reached 100 posts? see Cally about getting yourself a subtitle!

She might've beat me to it, but only barely :P

I LOVE grilling! Although for some reason it's not that I get requests to cook...it's that everytime somebody wants to grill something, they as me to do it...which is awesome! I was actually thinking about buying a small charcoal today so I can cook some steak tomorrow

didn't even notice to 100 post thing.... woo-hoo, YAY me!! Must be the company I am keeping :D

I have a pork marinade that I always get requests for. I get boneless counrty style pork ribs and marinade them for at least 6 hours in a mixture of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sun dried tomatoes, about 3 or 4 cloves of garlic and bacon. It is devine.........

I have a big gas grill that we use almost every day in the summer, it is the pimped out edition that has the side burner and 3 racks inside. there is even a warmer for the buns. I love it! Another reason I can't wait to move so I can grill out all year long!

I'm capable of grilling, and I'm decent, but I don't even own a grill right now. However, when I was growing up, My dad was a grill master, and still is. We had everything off the grill from steaks to pork chops to chicken to kabobs to veggies to onions. Almost anything that can be grilled was grilled. Although I have used a Gas on occasion I prefer charcoal. Favorite grilled item? It is hard to say. Steak is a given, as long as it's not above medium. Burgers, brats, and shrimp skewers and grilled onions.

I usually immerse my steaks in quartered garlic cloves, jalapenos (cut and with smashed seeds) and samely so for Habeneros, using a bit o' salt and lime juice mixed into the water.

the less water the more concentrated the taste, but usually I end up using too much. still tastes yummy =D

Grilled Pinto Bean Tahini burgers of course, on account of the fact that i'm a vegetarian(that is, when human meat is not available)

I put french onion soup mix, worchestershire sauce, grill seasoning, garlic and onion seasoning and seasoned pepper in the hamburger meat itself. I make the patties pretty thin since I like to load up on all the extras to go on top. On my burger I like melted cheese (preferably pepper jack or cheddar), lettuce, sliced red onions, tomato, dill pickles, jalapenos, 2 strips of crispy bacon, mayonnaise and spicy mustard.
