Preheat the oven to 180 C or 350 F. Beat the eggs,
pour in the milk, and gradually mix in the flour. Add
vanilla and/or cinnamon to taste. You can add
anything else you feel like - I recommend blueberries!
You can use fresh or frozen.
The size of the oven pan can vary a little, but the
thickness of the batter should be about 1-2 cm when
poured in. Melt the butter in the pan, pour in the
batter, and cook for about 20 minutes, or till brown.
If you're using a conventional oven and everything
goes right, the pancake should sort of "rise up" and
get a nice crust.
It's really easy, and you can have it as breakfast,
desert, or even dinner if you're strange like me *g*
It's a tradition in our house. Serve with fruit salad
and maple syrup!
