1 TBSP olive oil
Prepare to ward off all cold and flu germs, vampires, and most
neighbors and coworkers when consuming this version. If you're not home
with the flu, I recommend reducing the amount of garlic substantially. *g*

2-3 small onions or one big one, peeled and sliced
1 entire bulb of garlic peeled and chopped
1 TBSP pre-mixed "Italian seasoning"
1 bag frozen "stew vegetables"
1 quart box of broth of your choice, veggie, chicken, beef, whatever
much water
Put the oil in, sautee the onions, garlic, and spices until the
onions go clear and the garlic browns. Pour in the broth, and refill the
container with water a couple of times to stretch it. Dump the bag of
frozen stew veggies in. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for
about 30 min.
