1 jar salsa
1 package of cream cheese (the kind that is a block that you take the foil off of)

Put the block of cream cheese on a plate.
Pour the salsa over it.

Dig in with chips. It's really, really yummy. I've taken this to many pot lucks and everyone always loves it. It's a great cheap and easy party pleaser *g*.
