
1 package hamburger meat, browned and drained
Put all the ingredients in the crockpot. Simmer on low for several hours.

1 onion, choppped (I prefer red onion, but any kind works)
2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tomato (or 2 roma tomatoes) finely chopped
1-2 cans beans, depending on the size of your crock pot and how well you like beans. I usually use black beans, but you can use kidney beans, pinto beans, or whatever kind of beans you like
I package chili seasoning mix
1 can tomato product (I use whatever I have on hand, tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, whole tomatos *I chop those*)
1 can water
Note: You don't have to brown the meat beforehand, but the end product is less greasy if you do.
Also, if you don't brown the meat, you better stir a lot so you don't just get a big chunk of half cooked meat in the middle of your chili
